Modify Vs Change : only for who wants to go for social service

Here i want to discuss the two nearly similar words, change and modify.
Lets first discuss with dictionary definitions
Change:To make the form, nature, content, future course, etc., of (something) different from what it is or from what it would be if left alone: to change one's name; to change one's opinion; to change the course of history.
Modify:to change somewhat the form or qualities of; alter partially.

Now come back to some relations with life.
now act life as social worker: I will change the system, is generally said.
I am not trying to become oversmart or not trying to showoff, but i want to make a relation so it may hel you to take some decision or some definite approach for your efforts.so come to the point- Let take an example: let i(me) want to change people thinking standards. so whats should i do. i think i should go to people and try to understand them so to make them understand what i want to do. so here we first come to a person and then try to make some changes, note here some changes means modify overall.

so what, what i want to say? i want to say that what we have to do should be very clear to us, nothing new i am trying to say, just want to clear that if you have opted to do something for others, its your wish they didn't force you, so never thought about any appraisal, and you are thinking that this task which you have planned to do will benefited
others and you will become  a hero, then please do this. you just collect your thoughts and pen down all, you are not fit for implementation. I am not opposing your thinking
capability, but i want to see you what you are not able to recognize. In case you are fit for implementation just again pen down your plan very well, because the thoughts that make
change in society(future) that can also create blockage if left unattended in society, meaning just delivered and failure implementation. this will hamper the society as well.I just want to say thank you to all for being part of this post reading.
