Anyone can say easily:
1. Population
2. Poverty
3. Corruption
I think with these three everyone(most of us) agreed.
If we come across the world we will find that most of country with resources as we have are too stable than us. the sentence means that we are growing like a mob without proper direction. if mob is not managed properly "it kills itself".
There are numbers of changes in Indian society. Due to too many diversity, few changes effects some group and untouched other. so if plan commissioning is not according to all the division creates. Let me tell you about division:
Division is "what a people know" and "what a people think". When a "people know situation" it creates there limits and also provides few powers. but when "people think situation" there is something revolution type. What i mean that is " ek majdur janta hai ki wo majdur hai, wo acche se kaam krta hai. lekin jab wahi majdur ye sochta hai ki wo sirf ek majdur hi to hai, wo demolarise ho jata hai. aur mauke ki talaash mei rta hi ki jaldi se majdur tamge se bahar nikal jaye."
so when there is a mob you have to maintain a proper synchronisation ,so need of good leadership. now come direct to point.
1. Population: what population means and effects- population simply means increase in number of living people. and it may affects society in good way as well as bad way. Unfortunately our population increases really in village/rural areas, that enforce the increase of urban area population by migration. so if we mention that "need invent inventions", we can enjoy it also, but if we let the things to turn automatically in any way, we are seriously hurting ourself. Now due to huge population man power is available in technology also, we have thousands of skilled technical person who are underpaid. freshers are behaved like "baduwa majdur" (with company big bond amount). and we are almost no. 1 in IT outsourcing. so it due to because IT Industry managed Indian skills in their own need. so it is like to work for other always. you need time to know yourself. so population can be helpful also. but yes in rural area we still need to make people aware of population.
2. Poverty: Undoubtedly the biggest problem, but can be handled with making a "known division" by providing them few local authority. Its not too difficult, just plan and identify that, just reduce dependency on rich people. let make them realize themselves, that will progressively improve their coming/growing generations.
3. Corruption: Just shut the door. its not a back door entry it from front, so proper distribution of knowledge and information make things simple. as now days information is distributing because its "right to know act". and media came all these in our knowledge. so simple we are just taking all money back from that so called corrupted peoples. so if everything come to know at right time then there a total control over corruption. these things are not of individual, its team work. so easy to manage, just think.
